#Frequently asked questions

Your questionZzz, answered.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN POLICIES?
Our first hope is that you are completely satisfied with your wowsac. If this is not the case, you can return the product within 30 days. We take care of the return shipping and refund you the total amount once the package arrives in our warehouse. The refund will be made using the same method as the one used during the purchase. Please return the product without any signs of wears and in the same condition as when you received it. If we notice signs of advanced or abnormal wear, we will be entitled to cancel the refund.
ARE THE WOWSAC COVERS WASHABLE?
All covers for our bean bags are washable at 30 degrees and can be easily cleaned in the washing machine. After drying in the air, the cover can be dried in the dryer for a few minutes to keep it soft. Do not bleach, stove or dry-clean our fabrics. Avoid blazing sun. The easy-care wowsac covers are interchangeables and also available separately.
WHAT'S THE SECRET BEHIND WOWSAC BEAN BAGS?
With the revolutionary hybrid adaptive memory foam filling, wowsac found a new generation of bean bag filling. Softer, finer and above all: even more comfortable. No rustling globules and no volume loss. The innovative filling adapts to any body and gives to wowsac a new dimension of comfort.
HOW CAN I REPACK MY WOWSAC BEAN BAG?
In order to repack your wowsac, you need the original transport bag and a conventional vacuum cleaner. You do not have your original transport bag anymore? No worries, you can easily order a new one from us. We will gladly send you the instructions on request, just send us a short message.
WHAT IS MY SAC INSERT FABRIC MADE FROM?
The base fabric of all Sac Inserts is made from 100% repurposed plastic bottles. This fabric helps ensure the durability of the Sac liner while also allowing the adaptive memory foam inside to breathe.
I JUST RECEIVED MY SAC, HOW DO I FLUFF IT UP?
Watch the video here or follow these steps: Unwrapping and fluffing tips: When your Sac arrives, unzip the duffel, remove the Sac Insert from the duffel, and remove and discard the plastic bag around it. Let the Sac Insert sit for 24-48 hours, which will allow air into the adaptive memory foam and make the next step easier. From the outside of the Sac Insert, separate the Adaptive memory foam pieces inside. Do not unzip the insert and don’t put the Sac cover on yet. It may take up to a week for your Sac to reach full size, but when it does, fluff the Sac insert for a few minutes and put the Sac Cover on. To keep your Sac looking its best over time, make a habit of fluffing it every time you use it. Watch this video to see these tips in action.
DO YOU OFFER FABRIC SAMPLES?
Yes we do! – You can order free fabric samples here to find the perfect match for your home.
CAN I ORDER COVERS SEPARATELY?
Of course you can. We also offer individual covers for our bean bags and sofa modules. Feel free to contact us directly, or you can find them in the Accessories category of our online shop. The easy-care wowsac covers for bean bags are washable and removable.
CAN I ADJUST THE FILLING VOLUME OF MY WOWSAC BEAN BAG?
We offer to all our customers a five-years warranty on filling. You can customise the comfort of the seat and the hardness of your wowsac individually. A zipper will allow you to easily adjust the filling volume according to your needs. So you can easily remove or add foam. You can order additional foam on request. Do not hesitate to send us a message.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE SAC INSERT FABRIC?
Should your Sac Insert ever need cleaning, do not attempt to unzip or remove the fabric. Instead, just spot treat any dirt or stains and allow it to air dry.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED WAY TO PUT THE COVER ON MY SAC?
Position the Sac Insert with the wowsac logo flap on top. Remove the Cover from its box or bag. Unfold it, unzip it, and find the laces inside. Most Quick Ship and custom covers have laces. Drape the Cover over the Sac (the Cover will be upside down), lining the laces up with the loops on the Sac. Slip the laces through the loops and tie tightly. Zip the Cover all the way around, rotating the Sac until it is completely covered
