Who And What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

We stand behind our wowsac foam chair and offer a 5-Year Limited Sac Warranty (the “Wowsac Warranty” or “Warranty”) to prove it. The terms of the Pouch Warranty are as follows

Your new WOWSAC foam chair (hereinafter the “Sac” or “Product”) is covered by a 5-year limited warranty

This Sac Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and current owner of the wowsac owner (the “Product”) for which you are seeking recourse under the Sac Warranty and (b) purchased it directly from an authorized Wowsac distribution channel – namely, the website at WOWSAC.IN

The WOWSAC is not intended to be used as anything other than a place to sit and recline. It is not designed to be used in commercial applications, or out of doors, or as a pet bed product, or to resist water or other types of liquids.

What Will Wowsac Do?

We will repair or replace the defective Product or the defective component(s) of the Product (e.g., the Sac cover, if applicable). In the case.

Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

How Long Does The Limited Warranty Coverage Last?

We all are raised with traditional furniture in the home, whether couches, chairs or sofas it is the same. Traditional furniture design doesn’t provide a focus for comfort, but more for design. What Is Not Covered By This Limited Warranty?

This Sac Warranty does not cover changes to your pouch that are caused by or result from normal wear and use (including normal increases in softening, firmness, or compression of the Sac components). Nor do we cover changes caused by or resulting from commercial use circumstances or uses that go beyond the ordinary, intended household maintenance and uses of the Product.
